Red Bean Buns / Anpan



Ingredients:
basic sweet bread dough
sweetened red bean paste
egg wash (1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp water)

Method:
1. Divide dough into 80-90g portions and shape according to instructions found here
2. Let them rise until almost double in size, and brush with egg wash.
3. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown.
