

Ingredients :
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2/3 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 egg
1 cup oats
Method :
1. Preheat oven to 180'C
2. Beat butter and sugar till creamy
3. Add egg, flour, oats, cocoa and baking powder
4. Mix all together
5. Roll into balls and flatten slightly
6. Bake for 10 minutes
7. Leave to cool for 2 minutes
8. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
